My Plug:: Preschool teacher in Wenatchee WA since 1992. Excellent acedemic program preparing children ages 2-1/2 to 5 for their school-age experience.

My BodyPROUD Story: Spent my youth through H.S. as a gymnast. then went to live in France for many years, came back persued my degree in Foreign Languages finishing at U.W. Seattle,WA. Then joined Golds gym to strengthen my knee that was damaged from earlier injuries as a gymnast & latter running. From there I was introduced to lifting & bodybuilding...My goal is to be the best I can. To be strong & and keep competiting at the highest level I can achieve.

My Facts 'n Stats:: Hometown: Milwaukee, WI Bodybuilding since '91. Competing in Bodybuilding since 1992. Best Routine Winner 2009 Arlington Nat'l.; 2nd Pl. Masters: Empire Classic 2009; Masters winner 2007: Evergreen State Championship, 2007 Open winner: 2006 2nd Pl Masters lgt. Weight: Northern Classic; 2004 2nd Pl. Masters lgt Weight: Evergreen; 2004 Open Winner: Evergreen State; 2002 2nd Pl. Novice: Evergreen State

My bodyPROUD Goals:: Currently off-season leaning out

My AHA Life Defining Moments:: One can achieve any goal that one puts their mind to with focus & determination!

My Transformation Triumphs!: Winning both categories in Open & Masters in 2007 at the Evergreen State Championship. Then coming in 2nd in Masters at Empire Classic-Spokane,WA after a year off due to suffering 8 months with pnemonia.

My bodyPROUD Intentions:: Increase My Strength, Sculpt My Physique, Be an Inspiration to Others

To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:: ongoing

Life Advice that Helped Me:: Be the best you can be

How I Boosted my Confidence and/or Added Joy and/or Health into my Life:: always eat for the training you will do, work hard/ lift hard at every session or go home. Always make it fun & laugh with your friends & training partners

My Dietary &/or Training Routine:: High protein, lots of veggies, fruit for balance, calcium for strong bones. Eat balanced & frequently for fueling the body. I lift 4 days/wk. Cross-training on Wed./Sat/Sun. running, biking, skiing, swimming, hiking.

Expressing Gratitude is a Key Ingredient to a Happy Life. I Am Grateful for:: The support of all my friends & family
