- My Family is important to me. We have two beautiful kids. My son Alique is 8 and my daughter Deja is 6. We are an active family and love to do outdoor activities. Tennis of course being a big favorite. Hiking Biking and enjoying life.My wife and I have a strong belief in God and we put Him First in all that we do and always give thanks, for the Blessings he gives us everyday.

- Alfred Arnold. I am 40 years old. I am a certified Trainer and Tennis coach. I am Partners with my Wife Jenny Arnold .In our Training Business, Jenny Arnold Movement.

- I am not sure if this is a claim to Fame. I did have a media interview back stage at Fame West. So who Knows????
- My AHA Life Defining Moments:
- I had my first competion on Saturday March 28th, Fame West.
I loved the whole experience, Talking with the Athletes and promoters and most of all, Geting on stage for the first time was an amazing experience. My wife is my Motivation, to Help us Promote our Business, through competeing and Living the Body Proud life Style. I placed 2nd in Fitness Model Open and 2nd in Muscle Model Open, So I am on My way to that Pro Card.

- Are to work Hard and keep on improving and Aim for my Pro Card,and help to inspire our clients to be Body Proud as well.
