Anyway, through my personal experiences with body transformation as well as those of my clients', I've really come to believe more and more that nutrition needs to be much more personalized. The blood type diet seems to be addressing that very point. Not only would I like to apply it to my own nutrition while training for my next show, I would also like to learn enough to apply it to my clients as well. I plan on doing the FAME show in Philly on Jan. 9 & 10. Last night I started looking at the BTD website and will probably purchase the book soon to learn more. Any resources you suggest would be great. Btw, I LOVE the West Coast! The beaches there are even prettier than the East Coast! :)
