My Plug:
im currently unemployed but am looking for trainee gym instructing jobs so i can learn for a career as personal trainer
My BodyPROUD Story
my background, well where do i start. i am originally from south africa and lived out there until i was about four. the i moved to england with my mum and have been here ever since. i have been interested fitness and health and the gym since the age of about 26 when my mate got me interested in it. i have been trying to get more into it ever since now i have got myself a personal trainer and he has given me a diet program and workout program. i have also been sponsored by my gym which is in worthing and called gym extreme..
My Facts 'n Stats:
I weighed in at the start of my weight loss journey at 365 lbs im now at 357. i dont know my other stats.
My Transformation Triumphs!
losing some weight and gain some muscle.
My bodyPROUD Intentions:
Increase My Confidence, Improve my Health, Increase My Strength, Feel Better about Myself, Compete in Physique Showcase Events, Sculpt My Physique, Feel Good in a Bathing Suit, Be an Inspiration to Others
To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:
i would like to obtain some good results by end of 2010 and also to be looking good by 2012. i would like to in maybe 2-3 years time i would like to compete in a fame competition
Life Advice that Helped Me:
if in doubt give someone a shout

train insane or stay the same.
Please Help ME with:
diet and workouts other than what i am doing now just to see other things i can do.
My Dietary &/or Training Routine:
training
mon - chest and biceps
tues - back and triceps
weds - rest
thurs - rest
fri - legs and abs
sat - shoulders, traps and abs
sun - rest

diet
wake up protein shake
half hour later i cup of oats coooked
11am protein and carbs
1.30pm protein and carbs
3.30pm protein and carbs
6.30pm protein and carbs
9pm protein and fat
before bed protein shake
