Over the past several weeks I have spoken about different exercises to develop the human body. It takes a combination of exercises and a well balanced diet to creat a well developed physique. You must be willing to go the extra mile in your effort to improve your body.......and never lower your standards. Accept only the best and you will be the best. Here is the question. Worked out legs hard! Still havent tracked how much weight/reps yet, working on that. I can barely move though!
