For anyone who has 'physique goals' consider setting a physique contest as an end goal. Depending on the type of physique you wish to attain will determine the competition category that you should aim to enter.  Once you have a vision of your ideal physique for you, select a contest and aim towards it. Knowing that you will be stepping on stage to showcase your Body Proud physique can even be enough to give you the motivation and drive to realize your goals!
