Last Friday I had lunch with a coworker at The Rainforest. We had chicken fried chicken, appetizer, and for desert, we had The Volcano. The Volcano is the ultimate desert and consists of four large chocolate brownies, vanilla ice cream, whip cream, chocolate syrup, and caramel. This desert is delicious and will satisfy anyone who has a sweet tooth.
This afternoon for lunch, I had some Dannon yogurt, an avocado, onions, and two slices of wheat bread. I also had a large glass of water. This has helped me to create the awesome body I now have.....have a great week.
In a few minutes I will be sitting down to have dinner. I am going to eat healthy to keep my body weight down and still get plenty of vitamins, minerals, and protein.
Today I ate a Walgreens Fruit and Nut Blend. It was loaded with pecans, walnuts, cashews, raisins, prunes, figs, apples, and bananas. It was natural and had plenty of vitamins, minerals, and protein. Go to Walgreens and buy a bag....
When you go out to eat, be careful about what you order. Stay clear of fast food and junk food. If you go to Burger King, McDonalds, and Wendy's, buy the chiken or fish sandwiches rather than buying a greasey burger and french fries. Using some common sense goes a long way....
I went to the supermarket a few days ago and I bought plenty of natural foods such as fruits and vegetables without spending a lot of money. I stay away from processed foods as much as possible.
Last night when I was on duty, I had a craving for some trail mix. I went to Walgreens and bought some Fruit and Nut Blend. It was loaded with cashews, peanuts, walnuts, pecans, raisins, prunes, figs, apples, and bananas. It was delicious and low in fat, but best of all, it was natural. When you get hungry, rather than reaching for a donut, get some fruit or vegetables to snack on. Good luck on your diet.
