im from Nigeria but been out here in europe playing pro soccer for d past 7yrs n now im thinkin of doin something else maybe from next year when ma contract runs out...any advice or tip wld be appreciated.

It is an honor to be in this group. I will be 63 years old in November 2008 and have been religiously working out, dieting, and taking supplements for about 6 months and now have more mass and definition than at any time in my life. I took some "before" pictures in January 2008 but have no "after" pictures. I need a little time to get the complete transformation I'd like to see. I would like to get some portfolio pictures and model/compete on an amateur age adjusted level mainly to be able to do some health and fitness coaching and be a credible "role model". I am a board certified OBGyn physician who has stopped delivering babies and now trying to concentrate on anti-aging medicine and fitness promotion. Hopefully I can take my passion and use it to help others and starrt a new career.
