i train Okinawa shotokan/Japanese Kenpo/with Shaolin techniques incorparated, and i was private studying Wing Chun Kung fu a few months ago,ive been in Martial arts since age 9

I recommend chi gung or qigong meditation. I will send out an invitation to everyone, hopefully I should get it started later today. If anything can EVER teach you how to 'relax down' it's chi gung meditation. Many of the techniques can also be used for 'self hypnosis' and bettering oneself. Check out the link in my profile for more info. I'm not a 'Sifu' yet but I can help out and set those wanting to learn how to relax down their muscles on the right path...

hi all ..what's going on..Any advice on soreness in gym n trying not to have it affect ur flexability in mma or gymnastics/yoga n such? Trying to find a happy medium n changing my lifting..omg
