Your personalized plan will be based on your schedule, training and diet history, your personal metabolic calculations, and the contest condition required for your chosen competition division. Your plan will detail exactly what, how much, and when to eat based on your individual situation. There will be no guesswork involved on your part. You will know exactly what to do each day.

Personalized Contest Prep Training Program

I will design a contest prep cardio and weight training program specifically based on your individual situation and designed for you to achieve the level of conditioning necessary for your chosen competition division. Your training program will be designed based on your schedule, training history, and available equipment.

Detailed Final Week Prep Instructions

I will lay out all the details of your final week preparations, covering carb depletion and loading, dropping subcutaneous water, contest color and show day instructions so there is no guesswork during the final week before the show. You will know exactly what to do, when to do it, and what to expect on show day.

Supplement Consulting

I will develop a supplement program based on your individual needs and budget to help you achieve your best possible condition. Supplements are not required and you will not be required to buy any supplements from me. I will simply provide you a recommended supplement protocol based your situation and competition division, and will advise on the proper supplement schedule to follow.

Online Posing Practice!

I have developed a unique system to teach posing online utilizing digital camera pictures.
through an interactive process. Even if you don't live near anyone who can help you with posing in person, I can teach you proper way to hit your poses so you'll be ready for the stage.

Updates and Revisions to your Diet and Training Program throughout your contest prep for No Additional Charge!

I will update and revise your diet and training program as necessary throughout your contest prep to keep you on track and progressing toward your best possible condition. There is never any additional cost for additions or revisions to the elements listed above. One price covers everything.

Unlimited Question and Answer support via email.

I will answer any questions you have with detailed explanations during your contest prep via email for no additional charge.

Professional Music Mixing

For those who will need posing routine music for their competition, I can also professionally mix routine music. Music Mixing is not part of the contest prep package, but is available to those who are interested for an additional fee. Let me know if this is something you are interested in and I'll advise on pricing and availability.

In Person Posing Training and Routine Choreography

My wife, IFBB Fitness Pro Kendra Elias, and I offer in person Posing, Walking, Stage Presence, Fitness Routine, and Posing Routine training sessions for those clients who are interested.
