Great news for selected FAME World Tour Regional Events!
- new start times in the morning!
- easier registration procedures!

Starting at the FAME Ontario Championships and FAME West events at the end of this month, FAME World Tour is pleased to introduce some new changes that we are sure you will all be happy with!

New morning start time for Judging!

* The morning event will now begin at 10am!!!!
That means you get even more time to sleep in and rest up for your big day!
It also means that your friends and family and all your other supporters can also sleep in too!!!!

The typical morning judging will follow this format:
o 10am Bodybuilding
o 11:30am Figure-Physique & Figure-Posing & Routines
o 1:00pm Fitness
o 1:30pm Model Divisions - Muscle Model, Fitness Model, Swimsuit Model

Please Note:
- You will be required to be at the theater a minimum of 90 mins prior to your 1st scheduled division
- For Bodybuilding and Figure-Posing & Routines - routines may be performed in the evening only dependent on the number of registered athletes and the Head Judge's decision
- For Muscle Model & Fitness Models - the theme-wear round may only be performed in the evening dependent on the number of registered athletes and the Head Judge's decision

New Registration Procedures!

You've asked for it and now we are going to deliver!!!
Over the last few years we have introduced a new online registration system that is fairly sophisticated and now that we have tested its effectiveness we are ready to employ the second stage to make the event even easier and more enjoyable for you! So ... ALL Registration will take place ONLINE! You heard correctly! All will take place online!!!
What does that mean to you? Well, once you are registered you do not need to come to a Friday Night meeting!!!!! Wow you say! Well you should! This means more rest time, more preparation time, less travel, and less costs as you may not need to stay at the host hotel!!! (Especially with the later start times the day of the show!)

So how do we make this all work? Well, here are some important pieces of information:
- You must be registered online, and have up until 6pm on Friday the day before the show to do so.
- The week of the show you will receive an email asking you to go in and confirm all your details
- There will also be 2 forms that you will need to sign and bring with you to the event

And then all you need to do is to show up on Saturday morning a minimum of 90 minutes before your 1st scheduled division!! When you sign in you'll get your competitor number, your Goodie Bag, your tickets, if any were ordered online, and you'll be able to sign the official event poster!

PLEASE NOTE:
During the week of the show you will be able to get in touch with the event promoter to review any questions you have either by email, by phone or by specific times when they will be online on the chat system on http://www.bodyproud.org/

IMPORTANT:
The Friday Night Registration is still open! If you would like to come by you still can and here are some of the reasons to do so:
- You want to meet some of the Event Team
- You want to meet with the Event Photographer
- You still have questions and need to speak with someone
- You are unsure on how to register online and need someone to guide you through the process
- You are attending the FAME Camp

Please make sure to verify that your show has been set up with this new system. Since it is just now being introduced it may only be at select shows, so make sure to check with the event organizers!

~ complete Body Proud profile which also outlines their Body Proud ideals


Trainer of the Year

Awarded:
~ Great exposure in the Body Proud Community including
*** featured profile for two weeks following the announcement
*** personalized poster ad in prime location that appears on every single page
~ dignified FAME Trainer of the Year plaque
~ Personalized "FAME Trainer of the Year" business cards
~ Personalized certificate of recognition
~ Bragging Rights


Consideration is given to the trainer who has the best combination of the following:
~ total number of entrants in any division of the FAME World Tour for the entire year (ie. one athlete can compete in multiple categories at multiple events throughout the year)
~ total number of individual athletes trained throughout the year to compete on the FAME Stage
~ total number of individual athletes per show
~ athletes who place within top 3 (providing there are more than 5 in that division)
~ 1st place finishers (providing there are 5 or more in that division)
~ athletes granted Pro Status
~ number of Pros trained for competition
~ complete Body Proud profile which also outlines their Body Proud ideals


To be eligible all trainers must submit an application within one week following the show outlining all criteria described above. Those whose numbers are highest will then have their Body Proud profile assessed. Good luck!
