2 whole eggs

2 egg whites

Mushrooms and onion taste

1 tbsp all fruit preserves

1 slice whole-grain wheat toast

In a non-sticke skillet coated with cooking spry, make an egg omelet with 2 whole eggs plus the whites, sauteed mushrooms, and onions, and serve with 1 slice of whole grain wheat toast tropped with tbsp off all-fruit preserves.1qbcuR6zFRmOUygqAhCnuqf9AaIgi1919.jpeg

300 calories…….400 with an orange juice
24 gms protein

Bagel and Lox, breakfast today!!!!!!!

1/2 whole wheat bagel

1tbsp. whipped cream cheese

2 oz smoked salmon (lox)

2 slices tomato

�72 large grapefruit;

Toast half of a whole wheat bagek, scoop out innards, and fill the bagel with tbsp whipped cream cheese, salmon and slices of tomatoe, serve bagel with grapefruit.

one of my favorite REFRESHING snacks!

one cup julienned jicama
lil pour olive oil
freshly squeezed lemon juice- all over
cayenne pepper seasoned to taste
sea salt seasoned to taste

toss! eat ! yum!

there you have it! a favorite clean snack!!

Being a sheriff officer sometimes it is hard to get to eat the right foods but i have been watching what i eat. I would like to start competing again one day. I would like to get my eating down right again.

I love coconut water!!! I buy the young coconuts and drain the water to drink and I scrape the meat to eat!!

So glad to be a part of this site. I've subscribed to Oxygen for years, love Tosca's books, and the CE mag. I love to cook, entertain and workout hard. I love the challenge of always cooking clean alternatives for an outcome everyone loves.
I eat very clean during the week, and can even be boring at times, to get in the nutrition at least I don't mind. But sometimes on weekends, or just a day like today, my body doesn't want to stop looking in the fridge or pantry. It's still grabbing the healthy eats, as not alot of junk in the house.....but WHY does this happen? does this happen to anyone else? Trying to figure out what trigger's it ie sometimes a glass of wine....but on a day like today, it was wanting PB or nuts on salad, EVOO (hmm, it's the fats today), other day's it's the carbs....bizarre....maybe just venting a bit, but I end of then having more rollercoaster calorie zigzag.....zagging on days when I would plan to zig

Hi victoria there are a couple of recipes you can try which take 5 mins max to make 1, home made hummus. Blend the following ingredients together chick peas, tablespoon lemon juice, 2 cloves garlic, 1 floz organic low sodium vegetarian stock, pinch salt and pepper, Have with slices of peppers and celery.

2, bean chilli, use a cup of 3 different beans you like e.g, kidney beans, chick peas, lima beans etc your choice. Add half chopped onion and clove garlic with teaspoon virgin olive oil to wok. Add the beans to the onion and garlic along with half cup low sodium vegetarian broth and half cup organic tomato and basil sauce. Have with grilled sweet potatoes or rice or also nice with wholewheat cous, cous your choice of side dish to accompany it.

Need more quick ideas in recipes for added protein.sites..or any info on what u all do besides shakes ..bars..etc...Anyone got any fast ones? Besides snacks..N oh..I am vegan..much appreciated..
