Take a look at the term "BODY PROUD"
and think about what each word actually means to YOU!
The word "body" suggests physical appearance AS WELL AS inner health AND mental wellness. "Proud" suggests confidence and feeling good about yourself, your actions, thoughts and decisions.
For that reason, being Body Proud can mean something different to everyone! And may even evolve for each person as time goes on!
For some, being Body Proud may mean following a vegetarian diet; while for others it may mean eliminating white sugar from their diet 4 days out of the week; walking to work each day; taking time to meditate; sculpting their physique to reach perfect symmetry; perfecting a yoga pose; improving posture and/or flexibility, etc...
As you can see being "Body Proud" encompasses much more than just your outward appearance and for many people also extends to their overall lifestyle, mindset, listening to your heart, following your bliss and even spirituality.
In fact,, everyone IS Body Proud (ie. it's in you!). The only difference is that some of us have the desire while others have not yet been inspired. So step out of your self-imposed boundaries, allow yourself to grow and change your life forever.
So whatever being Body Proud means to you at this time, right now, is exactly right!
Being Body Proud is a personal choice and a personal feeling. No one can dictate what it means for you to be Body Proud except YOU! So figure out what it is that you want to achieve... Picture that physique that you want to have... Become introspective and determine what you want to improve in your life... Once you've done that... You're on your way. From that point on, any action - or effort - that you put towards reaching your personal goals allows you to say "I AM BODY PROUD!".
Join countless individuals around the world who are reaching their health, fitness and physique bests. Improve upon whatever it is that is important to YOU: your strength, flexibility, health, posture, mindset, confidence, emotions, physical wellness, and/or being proactive etc.

MISSION OF THE BODY PROUD COMMUNITY
Overall the Body Proud Community is based on core values that primarily stem from the heart and spirit.
Members are encouraged to seek personal growth by way of introspection, reflection and action. They must be willing to improve on, or completely modify, any and all elements that will allow them to be more effective in their communication style; their way of thinking and overall attitude. For many, this may mean opening up to a new way of thinking, talking and believing.
Body Proud members should be true to self and be on a mission to discover and fulfill their true bliss in body, mind, heart and spirit. In doing so, they should unleash their hidden and denied talents; understand and act on their intuition; learn to love themselves; speak from their heart; develop an attitude of gratitude; and be driven, motivated and dedicated towards their intrinsic goals.
Overall the Body Proud Community is a team, a tribe who are united for the purpose of empowering themselves to empower others. They are there to be coaches, mentors, friends, family and cheerleaders to everyone who joins the tribe, who is seeking personal growth and/or who could use a helping - and loving - hand.
Be BodyProud because you look and feel great. When you have a well developed physique, your confidence increases and you become more optimistic. Some of the greatest people I have met are men and women who exercise on a daily basis. I know I am among winners at BodyProud.org.
Being a member of BodyProud.org has given me direction and focus in my personal life and training. I have been able to transform my body simply by following the advice that I have obtained from the incredible men and women at BodyProud.org. I am so fortunate to be a member of BodyProud.org and I am sure other people feel the same way I do.
The incredible photos I have seen of the fabulous men and women at BodyProud.org have inspired me to become a better person and to apply the knowledge I have gained in my everyday life. Without my membership at BodyProud.org, I could not have achieved the amazing progress I have made since becoming a member more than one year ago.
Today is leg day and that makes me BodyProud. I so excited about working my legs (I should have done my leg workout yesterday, but something came up) and I plan to take a logical approach that will target the leg muscles in the most effective way. I always follow the BodyProud way of working out.
I am BodyProud, because over the past 18 months, I have made tremendous progress. I am now in the best physical shape of my entire life, and I have finally created the body I have always wanted. You can do the same if you have the time, effort, knowledge, and discipline to reshape your body the BodyProud way.
It feels great to go to the public swimming pool and actually enjoy the sunshine and the water. You have an impressive body and thanks to the people at BodyProud.org, you are now living a life of health and fitness. You have the knowledge, energy, and discipline to creat and maintain an impressive physique. The kind of body that everyone wants and people admire you for that. Stay BodyProud and keep up good work.
Be BodyProud. You have created one of the best bodies ever seen on this planet. You have huffed and puffed for several months in your effort to shape your body the way you want it. Pat yourself on the back and be BodyProud.
You look fabulous, so be BodyProud. You have worked hard to create the body you have right now, so pat yourself on the back, and be good to yourself. Eat a healthy diet and get plenty of rest and exercise. People will admire you for that.
You do not need to have a body like Arnold Schwarzenegger's in order to enjoy the advantages of health and fitness. Just the fact that you are a member of BodyProud.org makes you a winner in more ways than one. Be proud of yourself regardless of your size or shape.
Be BodyProud, because you have a beautiful body. You have worked hard to create your body and you have earned the right to display it. Display it in way that shows the public you follow the standards that have been set at BodyProud.org
