iFitFamily is expanding into a community and we are adding groups for cities across the USA, Canada and perhaps beyond. We need certified personal trainers to volunteer to moderate groups for your cities.

Hey Wonderful Ones!

Julie here! This is your heads up about meeting with me in Philadelphia, at the FAME Pavilion of the 2010 Health and Fitness Expo on January 9th and 10th. It's gonna be a blast: Part FAME Camp, part competition, part seminars and workshops, and 100% FAMEtastic!

IT IS OFFICIAL! The FAME U.S.A. National Capitol Classic Champiionships will be in Washington DC August 27-28, 2010. This is an envent you will NOT want to miss! Athletes will be treated like royalty. This will be a red carpet event! So get ready.. diet, train, train diet, protan, jan tanna, dream tan, anytan..This I promise will be worth it! Get ready DC... FAME is coming to town and we are going to be TAKING OVER!!
