I'm doing great! I hope to soon have some good body shots up. I'm still haveing a lil trouble with the belly flab.

Right on target. The scales may not be goin down but you can judge your improvement by lookin at the mirror and the way you feel. YOU GO GIRL.........

awesome!!! your are doing it the safe way...you always FEEL the diff. before the scale will budge...clothing, mood, etc. keep it up, what motivation to further your weight loss!
