Two workouts in one day. That is what I am doing today. This morning when I woke up I got dressed, grabbed my gym bag, water bottle, cell phone, and keys. I went to my garage to do some squats. My leg workout lasted 45 minutes and it was fast and efficient. My leg routine included squats, leg presses, seated calf raises, sit ups, shrugs, and leg curls. I had a great workout and my muscles were pumped when I finished. My second workout will be the upper body. My upper body routine includes bench presses, bent over rows, incline presses, arm curls, situps, shoulder presses, head harness exercise, and front upright rows. My upper body routine is also fast and efficient and is designed to work every muscle in the upper body. I super set all my exercises to make it very fast and brutal. I enjoy an intense workout.
