Too much of a good thing is bad. If you workout four days per week, pumping iron six days per week does not mean you will experience greater results. You may quickly overtrain if your body is not able to adjust to the extra workout load. Never work a muscle group more than twice in one week. Anymore than this and you will overtrain. Here is the question. How often do you train and does your schedule allow enough rest between workouts? Have a fabulous week.
