Hello Body Proud World.
I am new to the site. I do not have a FAME goal, but I am looking to get into shape and lose the 50 pounds I need to reach a healthy BMI. I am a writer and fulltime stay at home mom. I don't have much free time these days. Could anyone offer any tips to how I can start an exercise routine that is designed around my boys.

Hello, Allison!

I am dedicating 2009 to getting my body back after having my sixth child last year. I have been using Holly Rigsby's
Fit Yummy Mummy Lifestyle System .
Last October is when I started and I have seen tremendous results with consistant effort. The exercises are short burst
resistance and intervals and can be done in less than 20 minutes a day. You get alot of bang for your buck!
The program is women's only and has a free support community membership if you want, which has been really helpful for me. Just click on the link above and it will take you there for more info. I know - bad bad bad - much too late in replying to this message but here goes.
Any tips you have for me are much appreciated. I have been using the wii fit religiously 3 - 5 days a week and have noticed some results since starting. Help my friend - I need it!
