One more day.  I was going to pump iron today, but I decided to take an extra day off to get over the flu. I am almost fully recovered from my illness, and I should be back in the gym on Tuesday. Tomorrow I am going to do squats. My leg routine includes squats, leg presses, seated calf raises, sit ups, leg curls, and shrugs. It takes a little less than one hour to complete my workout and I should have plenty of energy when I go back to the gym on Tuesday. I took the weekend off and I missed my workout on Saturday, but that is no big deal. Here is the question. How many days have you taken off from lifting as a result of being sick with the flu.
