On Tuesday, I went to the gym and did my leg workout even though I am still ill with the flu. I took some cough medicine before I left for 24 Hour Fitness. I had a heavy cough the night before so I went to the store and bought some medicine. I did fewer repititions, but I used the same amount of weight I normally use. I was glad that my workout went well with no problems. Here is the question. How many times have you gone to the gym even though you were ill or injured? Have a nice day.
