My goal here is to drop as much bodyfat and maintain as much muscle as possible . Currently I am 238lbs with aprox 16% bf. My main goal is strength for now as I am looking to do a powerlifting meet. Then later in 09 drop down and try a Fame event. Hopefully get some great advice along the way.
