My goal here is to drop as much bodyfat and maintain as much muscle as possible . Currently I am 238lbs with aprox 16% bf. My main goal is strength for now as I am looking to do a powerlifting meet. Then later in 09 drop down and try a Fame event. Hopefully get some great advice along the way.

Deadlift 3x3 ( following week will be Box Squat 3x3 )

Diet for the day is as follows
Total calories will start at 3654
Protein 347g (1388 )
Carbs 130g (520 )
Fat 194g (1746 )
Deadlift worked up to 3x3 @ 405lbs
Front Squats 3x8 @ 185
Pullthru's 3x10 @ 160
Ab roller 3x10 ( from knees )
Finished off with some good stretches and Foam Rolled my back
All in all it was a good workout. Hit all the numbers I set out to hit. The Ab roller was KILLER !! My goal with this is to be able to do all sets from my feet.

each done 4x12 with two sets with purple bands ( light ) and two with green bands ( medium ).
Also put in another order for some mini's and heavy bands.
Monday I am going a bit out of order and doing some heavy Bench work with shirt. Scheduale has worked out great with another guy and that's hard to do. So changing up ME lower and ME upper is not a huge deal.
Picked up Leigh Peele's FLT package for $100 CAD and let me tell you it is well worth every dollar. So many books and even an audio book along with tons of extra's . If you can spare the extra money and love to learn about fat loss this is the package for you.
