My Saturday evening workout was a success. I usually do not pump iron on the weekends, but this was a really hectic week. I put in a lot of hours at work, therefore I missed my workout on Friday. I started my workout with the incline presses, followed by arm curls, shoulder presses, sit ups, bench presses, lat pulldowns, head harness, and upright rows. I did all this in just one hour and I really enjoyed it. Here is the question. Have you ever missed a workout and had to make up for it on a different day? Have a fabulous weekend.
