I am very impressed with what I've been able to acheive over the past year with help from a nutritionist and a wonderful personal trainer!

My first fitness competition will be FAME PRAIRIES 2009 which is a mere 18 days away! I'm getting ready to ROCK the stage! (in 3 categories: Fitness Model, Muscle Model and ...[drum roll, please] Figure - Physique! WOO HOO!!!)

Watch out, cause here I come... with abs, this time :)

And this was me ON STAGE at the FAME Prairies 2009 event in Calgary on April 25th, 2009.

Great transformation!!! I have set a goal like that for 2010!! Cant afford a personal trainer right now, but as the year comes to an end i will be on board with one!! You look amazing!!

Wow you did this in 1 year, as of sept 7 I gave myself until dec 7 to see what kind of weight loss I could see and 1 year until 12/07/10 to make the change in my body. you look great and give me hope that it can be done.
