Today when I woke up, I had a high fever, runny nose, chest congestion, and stiff muscles and joints. I was going to do some deadlifts, but I was so weak, I decided to forego my workout for Saturday morning. I slept an extra 40 minutes  and when I woke up, I felt only slightly better. I felt guilty about missing my workout, but I knew I was in no shape to pump iron this morning. Here is the question. Have you ever had to forego a workout because of an illness or injury and how did you fell about that? Good night.
