Get plenty of rest. That is the best advice you can follow. Do not deprive your body of the rest it needs to recover from your workouts. I always make sure I get anywhere from seven to eight hours of sleep each night. It is recommended that the average adult get at least six to eight hours of sleep each night. Anything less than six hours will decrease your life span and ruin your daily concentration. Here is the question. How much sleep do you get each night and is this enough rest for you?
