Now this has been a touchy subject with alot of people I know in the Health & Wellness field.
The usage of fat burners to help aide in the loss of body fat, I know alot of people who do use them which brands I'm not going to get into that, but their are a ton of people who swear by them as a needed and vital tool in dropping unwanted weight in conjunction with a healthy diet and training. Then we have the other side of the coin who say that the usage of fat burners is extremely dangerous and causes heart complications and a slew (yes I said slew! lol) of other neurological issues affecting brain function and possibly damaging normal thyroid production.

I would love to hear your opinions on this topic my bodyproud brothers and sisters, do you think fat burners are an unneeded tool and one can drop fat effectively without there use or are they a vital tool in dropping fat?

I personally think they do help and can be used effectiveley as well as safely. We all know as we age our metabolism slows down @ 3% per decade, which of course varies from individuals. If used safely with education and guidance if needed they can be a tool to assis a competitor in their goals. :-)
I Personally do not believe in fat burners-but than again i might be bias as i have accomplished my goals from a skinny fat person at 26 percent body fat to a proud 9.4 off season.I also have chrons disease so i am always sceptical about any use of fat burners /craetine and so on...
This is an excellent topic for discussion. I also would like to know more about fat burners, the side effects, the financial costs, and the effectiveness. Thanks for your input.
Thank you Ladies for your two very unique views on the usage of fat burners, this is a topic that I think will always have a big ? mark associated with it.
Not Necessary!! If you do what your trainer tells you, do your cardio, dont miss a meal and workout 3x a week as perscribed.......make sure you are not trying to diet down quickly...there is no magic pill...do the work!

I have never used a fat burner but I am always lean enough to get on stage. I don't think you need them and I believe Fat Burners are banned in Natural Shows or @ least some of them.
Thanks for your comments and great advice!

Banned I recently heard that and I believe diuretics have been banned or are frowned upon
