I wanted to start this discussion to better educate myself about the benefits or downfalls of Creatine.
I have heard that creatine is like legal steroids and mimics those results seen in athletes who use those enhancement drugs. And on the other hand I've been told Creatine is just hype and only bloats you with massive water retention? if you have advice to share I would greatly appreciate it stay strong my friends
