I just received  a call from my company asking me to work a 16 hour shift on Thursday. I normally do not workout early in the morning, but tomorrow will be an exception. I plan to go to bed early tonight so I can be up at 7 in the morning. My workout will include deadlifts, seated calf raises, leg presses, leg curls, sit ups, and shrugs. My workout should not take more than 50 minutes because I superset everything. Here is the question what time of day do you workout and how many days each week do you do this? Have a nice day.
