Today I will be doing a short workout. Since I did a workout last Saturday, I will be doing just two exercises today and that includes the lat pulldown and the incline press. I can do this workout in just 25 minutes. I will be looking forward to it. I do not want to overtrain, that is why I am doing a short workout today. Here is the question. Have you ever had to reduce your workout because of a lack of time or some other reason?
