Hello everyone, I am looking into a diet pill that has 7 Keto-DHEA, in it to fight cortisol, is this a banned substance, and where can I find the detailed WNSO banned substance list. I don't want to accidentally take anything over the counter that is still considered banned being there are international differences on what is sold over the counter and what isn't.

Yeah it is hard to decipher nowadays. I looked on here and found one spot that says it is not ok because it is not okay in Canada. Then another that says it should be fine. I think I will forgo the chance unless I hear specifically from someone who knows for sure. Would be a bummer to work this hard and be discounted by an accidental use of banned substances.
7-Keto DHEA was originally banned by a few organizations likely because they misunderstood what it was. It is not currently banned by any organization that I'm aware of.

7-Keto DHEA is a metabolite of the breakdown of DHEA that occurs naturally in your body. This 7-Keto metabolite does not affect androgenic hormone levels like DHEA does, and will not cause a positive result on a drug test.

Even though this is the case, 7-Keto is still banned for sale in some countries, again likely because of the similarity in name to DHEA. Always obey your local laws, and if the product isn't legal for posession or sale where you live, then obviously you shouldn't use it.

Okay sounds good. I was a little frightened. I didn't see it listed there when I looked before so I wanted to make sure I wasn't going to shoot myself in the foot.
