Ok, I'll make the first post in this category (even though I have never been pregnant. lol).

This is dedicated to my little sister who actually decided to take charge of her lifestyle after she found out she was pregnant. I was amazed at how much leaner she appeared when she was at her heaviest pregnancy weight. Her face slimmed down, she was feeling better and she was more active than ever before. All it took was one decision to make sure she was providing the most healthy environment possible for the baby (Seth - born 2 days ago) to develop. So she started making healthier food choices and she trained with a specialist twice a week... Amazing.

So for all you expectant moms... Don't use your pregnancy as an excuse to let yourself go. Follow my sister's lead and get into your best shape yet! :-)
