I was in pretty good shape before I got pregnant, so I think that helped alot. but I also worked out during pregnancy, ate healthy, lots of cardio... I didn't just let myself go. it's not healthy for the baby or yourself. I want to compete again right after the next one too! best motivation ever!!!
wow, congratulations! you look fantastic! I too was pregnant and competed.. I gave birth in Feb 07 and competed in April 08 - I am pregnant again and my goal is to compete again after #2!
Any advise on keeping motivated throughout pregnancy?
