FREE PHOTOSHOOT OCT 18!

Hello again FAME Athletes!

We are thrilled to share a very exciting update with you. Ever since we heard that the venue had to be changed for the FAME Quebec Provincials we have been brainstorming on what we could arrange to make your FAME Event experience even more special. Well, it worked.

We finally received confirmation just a few moments ago that we are now able to offer each of you a photoshoot opportunity with the magnificent, Jean-Marc Moreau, whose images you will recognize from many of the recent FAME posters and magazine ads (Natural Muscle Magazine, Oxygen Magazine). The photoshoot will take place on the original event weekend, Oct 18 from 12PM to 3PM at Physical Park. You are each invited to attend one and you will have a joint share of the images together with FAME. You DO NOT need to be in competition shape so if you are targeting yourself to peak for Oct 31st, you are doing well!

Be sure to bring your favorite outfits so that you can use these photos to build your portfolio, submit to publications of your choice, upload to the Body Proud Community and share with the FAME Graphics Team.

MAJOR News: A NEW Venue for the Upcoming 2009 FAME Quebec Provincials in Montreal!

Hi Everyone,

We've got VERY important news regarding your upcoming FAME Showcase/Competition in Montreal: there's a change in the venue AND date of the event. Circumstances came to light just yesterday requiring that the original host venue, ///NAME (which has been a great home to FAME for the last three years), be changed immediately. Our NEW show date/ location is: during the day, Saturday, October 31 at Vanier College /// 821 Sainte-Croix - in the Auditorium.

What does this mean for you as a body proud FAME Athlete? In the short run, there are big advantages: More time to sculpt your physique to its best strength and beauty. Additional drill time with your presentation and stage performance. A fantastic new venue with FREE parking. And -- as a critical factor in building YOUR opportunities for celebrity and celebration at the event -- more chances for each of you to contact your local papers and have them cover your transformation and success. // (See some contacts listed below)

It also means that we now can do more to bring an even larger audience to your FAME event! Plus, now you get to Experience the Excitement of FAME during the day and STILL have the evening to enjoy Halloween with your family! This is about to come in especially handy for those coming to the stage in themewear... In fact, we're even thinking of adding a "Best HALLOWEEN Costume" Category for the audience to vote on after the regular competition! [And, let's face it, what better day to allow yourself a "Cheat". :-) ]

By the same token, while this is great news, we ALSO acknowledge that you've been training hard for the show at its original venue and date. While the shift was unexpected, here at FAME, our mandate is to offer you the best possible platforms for exposure, opportunity, and self-growth regardless of circumstances, whenever and wherever possible. Shifting the date and venue has allowed us VERY quickly continue to take excellent care of you, your family, and your growing audience.
