Components:
Learn stage presentation and proper posing techniques direct from Ian who judges at almost every world championship competition. Ian will also cover aspects about the competition such as preparation, nutrition, posture and how to best impress the judges.

Who Should Attend:
* Definitely all those who are interested in competing in Bodybuilding and Figure as well as those who already compete in these categories. Ian's posing is bang on and he can definitely help you to improve your performance.
* All models - Ian will also review the walking and proper model stage etiquette. Plus you all should also learn the posing as that in itself will help you improve your performance on stage and benefit the most from your exposure.
