WHEN/WHERE
Aug 23 - BRIGHTON @ The Concorde2 theater, East Sussex on the beach!


FAME BRITAIN has partnered with the London to Brighton motorbike ride that ride annually to raise money for the Cancer research. These are no ordinary bikes but the Badboys of motorbikes so you will also be getting a motorbike show too.

The competition will be held at Brightons' top Theater :The Concorde 2 which is situated right on the beach and there will be beach volleyball and a BBQ too!

Celebrity DJ's will ne there and there will be an after party at Brighton's top Nite club on the beach !

La Muscle TV will be there filming for their fitness TV channel and famous photography Michael Palmer will be there taking photos of the event aswell as the athletes,there will be photo shoots going on and Muscle&Fitness and Flex magazine will be there to feature the show in their magazine(and the winners too).

Not only that but top newspapers (The Voice and others) will also be there to write articles on the show for their newspaper,so plenty of exposure and publicity from TV,newspapers & magazines !

This is just the start so keep training hard and dieting and see you on the beach !

Dear athletes,
I have just had a meeting with the producers of Channel 5 and it's confirmed that Channel 5 will be filming the FAME Britain show !
It will be aired at 8pm on Channel 5 during the summer for a whole hour !it will be part of a series they are doing on Brighton beach,so make sure your looking good !

They has asked me to find a Female athlete to do a documentary on them on the day of the competition so if you have an interesting story about why you are competition(maybe it's your first time, a success story,over come an injury etc) and are interested in being interviewed and followed around that day let me know asap.please email me a photo so I can forward it to Cannel 5.

To make it more an out going filming I am looking for any one who can roller skate and has their own skates.
please let me know if you can so we can film you too.
Aswell I am looking for people who can play volleyball,it doesn't have to be some one competiting it can be anyone you know or a family member, just as long as they look fit.

Most of all come down to see the show and be filmed by Channel 5,we need as many people to show the general public what Fitness and Bodybuilding is all about,so get in you bestest clothes and show off your body!

I'll keep you all posted with any more info on the show,

Hi Guys, This will be my first competition and i dont know wheather ill be ready in time, does any one know what they look for in the male fitness model catory?? Please help!

Hi Hayley, To compete in any FAME event you must first either attend a FAME Camp or do the online CAMP. Angie and I held a CAMP in April. In the UK we usually have the open class and yes its OK to register as a novice. Good luck with your training.

You can actually change categories right up until the registration meeting :)

Hi there. I have a question -- I'm currently registered to compete in the Bikini and Fitness Model divisions, but am thinking of switching to Figure. Is it too late to make the change? Do I have to pay another fee to enter this division if I don't want to do bikini/fitness model anymore? Thanks in advance! :)

LIZ: i feel exactly the same, i am nowhere near ready to compete but i'm not sure how i will know when i am.
Angie-- What is a reasonable BF% to be at to enter bikini or figure? Is there a rough guideline of what is more acceptable?
I dont have any initial aspirations to be a model, i was just looking to compete at some stage to keep me motivated... Are these shows designed more for aspiring models? It would be great any way, i just wondered.
