Hey Everyone!

One more week to go :)

We hope you have enjoyed and will continue to enjoy your competition prep experience!

Now that you're so close to reaching a peak point of your Body Proud journey, we're sure you're very excited!

Just a few more days until you get to showcase your physique on the FAME Stage! Plus since the FAME Atlantic City Championships is part of the ESPN Fitness and Sports Extravaganza there are many media, exposure and opportunities available.

Be sure to make the most of your experience, network and share your story. Bring your portfolio or business cards. Most of all... Enjoy!

Important Details - Amateurs:
* Registration - SAT - 9 AM to 10 AM - Body Proud Pavilion (near entrance)
* Athlete Meeting - SAT - 12:15 PM - Body Proud Pavilion.
* Show Time - SAT - 1 PM - FAME Stage
* Awards - SAT - 5 PM - FAME Stage

The show will start with an opening number featuring all athletes. The Opening number will be reviewed during the athlete meeting. Judging will take place through out the afternoon, with periodic breaks so you, your friends and fans can enjoy the rest of the Expo.

The actual event schedule is to be determined following Registration and will be posted backstage by noon.

1. All Athletes - FAME Camp - Workshop - Sunday - 12 PM
This is especially great for athletes who just competed as judges can now offer their suggestions to help you improve for your next show. Be sure to sign up in advance so judges can take more detailed notes on your performance. The FAME Camp is also the perfect way to learn insider tips and tricks on how to succeed on the FAME Stage. Lead by FAME Founders, Jeff & Mindy, it's full of valuable information for all of you.

2. Prompt Reply
Please reply to this email and let us know the division(s) in which you are competing. If you're still unsure, let us know that. Changes and additions can still be made during the Athlete Registration time.

3. Speed Up the Process
To help speed up the process, please complete and bring the following forms (attached) with you to the Athlete Registration.

* This is hugely important for helping you gain more exposure and opportunity. All event results will be linked to your personal profile page so be sure to post your best photos and detailed information.

The FAME Atlantic City Championships is just around the corner - and Body Proud will be there! If any of you are in the area or wish to be a part of the 8th Annual ESPN Sports & Fitness Extravaganza produced by James Jefferson you still can!

* Inspire Body Proud - Share your story and be the role model you are. Join us at the Body Proud booth, which is actually the very first booth everyone encounters, build your reputation, help spread the 'body proud phenomenon' and have a great time! If you're interested, please apply via an email request, stating your hours of availability and why this role is appealing to you.

* Compete - Showcase your body proud physique on the FAME Stage! This event is open to all Natural Bodybuilders, Figure athletes and Fitness Models. The Amateur show (yes, open to first timers) is on Saturday followed by a Workshop on Sunday and the Pro Bodybuilding Show.

* Learn Competition Elements - Perfect for anyone interested in competing and/or upping their game! For those who are competing on Saturday, you now have the opportunity to receive a full critique and guidelines on how to improve.

(Im leaving to Europe to play on the USA team in the 2009 Gothia Cup, i will be back July 20th.)
