It's here... Finally. Now you can showcase your transformation and/or participate in a physique competition from the comfort of your own home!

RULES

1. Take the Body Proud Challenge
2. Register ( Fees are DFSA Donations)
3. Request to join the FAME Online Championships Group.
4. Maintain an active body proud profile with at least 1 blog or forum or group post per week.
5. Follow guidelines as though you were going to be on stage - ie. pay attention to presentation
6. Upload past or current photos &/or videos to the proper group discussion topic on or before contest date.
7. Judging begins the day after set contest date, at which time the group will be public.
8. Once public, invite your friends and family to vote and show their support
9. Your votes are factored as part of the judges decision for 'showmanship', 'presence' & 'audience choice'.
10. Have fun! Stay positive and Enjoy!

~~~~ Judging is based on presentation, speaking, audience connection (not content)
