Duane will be working the Beyond H2o table at this event along with his wife Lorri who he adores. Duane is a business partner of mine and I welcome his passion for Faith, Family and Fitness.

Duane is a Personal trainer who enjoys helping others. He has even stepped on stage and in his first event in 2007 he placed second in the Heavyweight division. Duane plans on stepping on stage again in the near future but this time as a Super-Heavyweight!

Here is quote that I took from Duane that is priceless and so true in health and fitness. Duane said, “The most valuable lesson I've learned...drink lots of water and eat clean...anyone can make muscles hurt in the gym...its how you recover that will result in success.” So very true!

With that said I welcome all of you attending the show to stop by the Beyond H2o booth and say hello to Duane and his wife Lorri. While you’re there take the time to learn about Beyond H2o and how this amazing bottled water will improve many aspects of your life, health and fitness! Beyond H2o is NOT sold in stores!

Once you are registered you are done!
You will receive an email the week of the show for you to confirm all the info in your registration and then you would just arrive on Saturday morning based on your stage time!
