Not sure if I mentioned it in a past blog, but I am a recovering alcoholic. I have been sober for over a year now, but before that I was sober for nearly 3 years until a huge loss set me back.....a childhood friend of mine was murdered. Gun down in broad daylight for no reason and her killer has still not been found. She was a great friend, the best mother. A single mother of four and she was just a few short months of getting her Bachelors in Child Care and was going to go for her Master's. Anyway, when I learned about this I did the only thing I knew, crashed and burned and hit the bottle hard for a week.
Not only was I hurt from the loss, I was mad at myself for falling off the wagon when getting on the wagon was hard enough. I had no sponsor when I accepted that I was an alcoholic I had no choice but to be sober at that time because just as I was working on that, my stepson was diagnosed with acute leukimia, and the same day my uncle passed away from a four year battle…

My new workout schedule stimulates my muscles to amazing growth. I train hard in the gym and change my routine to keep my body growing. I change the sets, repititions, and the order in which I perform the various exercises. I turn 46 years of age on February 12 and I am in the best shape of my life. I lift weights, swim, jog, and ride my bicycle everyday. If your workouts are stagnant, change your routine and you will be amazed at the effect it has on your body. Good luck. Yours Truly, A. A. My schedule is tight. I work 12 hour graveyard shifts four nights each week. Working that many hours in just four days has forced me to manage my time very well.I have stopped doing those things that don't serve a purpose and are a waste of time. If you can just get rid of those things that do not provide you with results will save a lot of time from your daily schedule. Enjoy your week. Sincerely, A. A. GarciaContinue

Too much of a good thing is counterproductive. Whatever you do, make sure you do it in moderation. Don't indulge in anything, especially eating. We all know the consequences of that. I hope your training is on target and you are well on your way to creating the body you have always wanted.Continue

My power squat is coming on strong. Over the past six months my squats have increased from 315 pounds to 405 pounds for 7 sets of 7 repititions each. Legs have always been my strongest bodypart and they develop quickly. I am currently in the process of taking a few inches off my waistline and building up my chest and arms. I change my routine every three or four months to keep the muscles stimulated. Have a good day. Sincerely, A. A. GarciaContinue
